ABOUT MYSELF
I’m a Chef and Event & Banqueting Manager.
After my degree I had many experiences working for public events and I attended different specialization courses.
Among the most significant I mention the Event Management Master and professional qualification courses for chef and sommelier, obtained in important Italian academies.
Those experiences are the roots of InScena, the company that I represent from 2010 and in which I’m the director for event management and catering services.
Worth mentioning are the cooking challenges in which I took part and the collaborations with important restaurants and businesses.
One of the most important prizes was the golden medal for the Italian championship of cooking in February 2020 in Rimini, and the addition of NIC (Italy National Cooks Team).
In Italy I’m dealing with:
- Teacher in high schools cooking classes;
- Event management;
- Catering services and personal chef;
- Cooking shows.
My cooking is elegant and genuine. I care a lot about the choice of my raw materials, in fact I prefer using local and seasonal products.
I create costum-made dishes and menu, not only beautiful but mainly very good and tasty.
